How To Get A Trademark Certificate?

The Ministry of Economy will review the application . If there is some similarity with other names, it will be rejected. However, if everything is ok, you will receive an initial confirmation that your trademark registration request has been approved.

Based on products/services there are 45 classes in trademark registration system. Customers can register their trademark in specific classes.

After completion of gazette without any objections ,the Ministry of Economy will issue the Trademark Registration Certificate.This certificate will include the registration number, application date, business name, owner details, trademark specifics, and a list of the assets covered by the trademark.
